I have not started the diet yet for medical reasons. I have read and scanned the book, seems like it it will be easy enough to go on.

Book has been real informative and the lifestyle changes recommended seem easy to implement. Plan to follow the diet plan.
I find this plan easy to follow and after two weeks following the diet I lost 7 pounds and my normal blood pressure of 115/80 was reduced to 100/75. I like not having to count calories or meticulously measure portions and I especially like the recommendation:
"Sack out: You can’t eat while you’re sleeping. At night, go to bed instead of reaching for something to eat." Good advice since lack of sleep has been linked with weight gain.
