I personal think you get a better book at walmart on the canning isle. I was very disapointed in this book for the price of it.

I really like this book. Tons of neat receipes. Lots of new ideas and things to try. I wasn't disappointed. There is not a picture for every receipe but I guess you really don't need one for this type of work.

I've only tried a few recipes and I can't wait to try more! The Thai hot and sweet dipping sauce was a big hit with my cabbage and onion pierogies at a party at my job. Great Book! Fabulous! If there's a sequel, I'm sold!

I keep giving this book away and buying myself another one. All of my friends look through mine and love it too so I give it to them and buy myself another one. Please don't stop carrying it! This is the best book on canning I have seen and I have others. I rate this book five stars. The recipes and the instructions are a snap!
