This book is a real find. I have been studying energetic healing for just 3 years and still have many questions. This book has so much information. The connections between things like chakras, energy fields,and acupuncture all begin to work together. Some articles are more scientific while others ore more esoteric. A nice blend. The book has terrific graphics, very clear, colorful and easy to understand. I see myself coming back to this book as a resource again and again. My one critique is that the book seems very heavy for it's size.

If you have Shamanic or any other kind of healing gifts, this is actually an excellent reference book. It brings you right back to the basics and helps you ground yourself.
