Gave you a lot of options when eating out, bought one for my friend at work as we both were excited to compare ideas with eath other
If you're expecting some diet. its definitely not the book for that. As far as eating "this" instead of "that" it tells you eat a taco from taco bell instead of a burrito. Eat this from red lobster instead of that. It gives you the better choices in fast food as far as calories, sodium, & sugar are concerned. If u need something like that, you will love the book.
I bought this book, hoping to find help with losing the last 20 pounds of my goal.
I found it very informative and valuable for switching out items that are better for you and also lots of good tips on working out, lifestyle changes, examples of others who have lost weight. And better for you recipes of lots of favorite foods.
I highly recommend it as a valuable addition to your collection.
These books are all great resources when trying to decide amongst the myriad of products on the market!
