I read this book on the recommendation of a friend, who had read The Four Agreements. We had made a pact to read the books that had changed each other's life. He read the Daode Jing and I read the Fifth Agreement. As a Taoist, I see nothing in this book that would conflict with my beliefs. It is definitely more accessible to most than the Daode Jing (Tao te Ching). He went so far as to buy a book of Taoist meditations! I can't say that I've bought anything else by these authors. I would, however, read another book by them.

All of Don Miguel's books are profound and life-altering and must be read more than once. The Fifth Agreement brings the seeker, that wishes to continue learning and evolving, the information and resources to do just that. I love all of Don Miguel's work and this latest is wonderful. I highly recommend this book.

the first book which I read about 12 years ago, was so life changing for me, I just re-ordered a copy and will begin re-reading it when it arrives. I honestly can tell you this , The Four Agreements will change your life forever. It is a must read, and I am sure this one will be too.... can't wait..
